Hi there! I am an Associate Licensed Counselor (ALC) with a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, practicing under the supervision of Dr. Tarmen Siaway, PhD, LPC-S, NCC. I am also a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) and am committed to providing ethical, compassionate care. I work with children, teens, and adults navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, interpersonal conflict, challenges with emotional regulation, and life transitions.
My approach blends evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Narrative Therapy while holding space for each client’s personal story. Making the decision to pursue therapy is already such a meaningful step, so I strive to meet each client where they are by creating a supportive, non-judgmental space where growth feels safe and possible. At the center of my work, I deeply respect client’s autonomy and lived experiences. Step by step, we’ll work towards building a life that feels balanced, authentic, and aligned with your values.
