Hi, I am Kennedy! I am currently in a counseling program at the University of Alabama A & M. I am pursuing my Master of Science in Counseling program with an anticipated graduation date of December 2026. My experience
includes case managing, advocating, and assisting individuals with mental health. I have worked with individuals with mental and physical disabilities, individuals with substance abuse, as well as individuals with mental health needs.
My counseling theoretical style includes using Cognitive Behavior Theory (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and client-centered approaches. I am excited to be a part of this practice. I hope to grow and gain more knowledge, provide a safe and supportive space for clients to overcome obstacles, and identify progress and strive toward meaningful change.
